Current Opportunities
Our Farm is divided into three teams: Production, Market, and Culinary. We work together, allowing our skills to cross-pollinate, and share a unified mission of delivering the best possible products and experience for our customers and community.
Production positions grow good food in our fields, greenhouses, and wash/pack.
Market positions provide excellent customer service in our farm market and/or greenhouses.
Culinary positions prepare good food in our Farmside Kitchen food truck.

Most importantly, we are a business who genuinely cares about our people. We are hardworking, transparent, and we welcome all kinds of kinds. We have a year-round staff of 6-8 great humans and welcome 10-20 seasonal members to our team each season.

We provide all necessary work shirts and footwear reimbursement (up to $150) for one pair of work shoes (of your choosing) each season.
The BCOF Breakroom provides individual lockers, dining area, and climate-control for all seasons.
We offer a 20% staff discount at our Farm Market, Greenhouses, and Food Truck.
We provide accrual-based Paid Time Off (PTO), beginning on your first day.
Employees returning for their 2nd season are eligible to participate in the BCOF Simple IRA program with a 3% match.
Eligible full-time, year-round employees are able to participate in our comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage with HSA option.
